The Twittique / TL;DR
Depicting a writer researching sex work, @SplitTheatre 's meta-narrative nods to Williams' seminal play but lacks its sensitivity. Though a compelling tale of betrayal, the script feels akin to a male-gaze fantasy, fetishising women with little autonomy.
