The Twittique / TL;DR
Three generations of women contemplate motherhood from the POV of 70s conformity to 90s rebellion to today. Evocative writing & a dynamic cast shine, but the story’s focus feels stuck in past feminist waves, missing a broader, contemporary understanding of girlhood.
